Am I locked into a contract?
We firmly believe in earning your business month after month. You are free to cancel your service with us at any time, risk-free. We do offer a discount if you pay for a year of service up front, but you are more than welcome to pay month to month.
What happens if a plugin breaks my site?
Plugin updates may, once in a blue moon, cause something to go wrong. While we do go out of our way to ensure compatibility before we update plugins or WordPress versions, sometimes the results of an update are unexpected and things break. In those scenarios, we quickly work on repairing the issue, often working directly with the plugin developer so they can work on resolving the issue as fast as possible.
This is one of the biggest advantages of having us maintain your website: we’re on top of it.
Do you offer any discounts if I want you to manage more than one site?
Great question! We do give discounts to clients with more than one website. If you’re a current client, contact your Project Manager for more details. If you’re not a current customer, you can reach out to us here.
What if I don't need monthly support?
A healthy website needs to be regularly updated and monitored. If nothing else, think of us as insurance. We’re an extra level of assurance to protect your website. If you are absolutely sure you don’t need monthly support, contact us to see what we can do for you.
Do you provide email hosting?
We do not provide email hosting. If you have existing email hosting, you can continue to use it. If you don’t have email hosting, we can make recommendations based on your needs. Just reach out to your Project Manager.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. After signup, credit cards are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis. If you decide you would like to cancel your plan, no problem! You are not trapped under contract.
Generally, we do not accept checks on a monthly basis (it’s too time consuming for us). We are happy to accept checks if you would like to pay for 6 to 12 months of service in advance.
Can I use my own domain, or do I have to register a domain with you?
Yes, you can absolutely use your own domain. In fact, we don’t provide domain registration services (most people tend to register domains with a company such as GoDaddy).
When we are ready to launch your website, we will need a few details from you to configure your domain to point to your new website. It’s an easy process.
Do you offer web hosting?
For our managed websites, yes! We handle all aspects of web hosting so you don’t have to worry about it. All of our managed websites are hosted on a dependable, lightning-fast server.
If you are not using our managed website service, we could make recommendations for hosting.
